Wow....3 banks? VERY interesting!
Well, it seems the ATMs are not working in three banks - (all over the entire country).....Wells Fargo, Bank of America and Chase. Something doesn’t smell right here. (But not too many seem too concerned):

Thanks for the heads up!
I am glad I have a fireproof 'baby' safe, with a little cash. This could end up being a very serious situation.
If I could - I would have it delivered by “One Hour Express”, Meg.

OK, girls - time for me to turn in.
See you tomorrow. Sweet dreams to you both (and any lurkers.)
Had a Veteran’s Open House this evening at church. Many of us brought pictures, cruise books, uniforms to display. All my stuff took up one table plus my Whites and Dress Blues hanging on a board behind the table.
Tomorrow (Sunday) we will have a Veteran’s Day services at 9 and 10:45. We will be having a choir made up of Veterans and we’ll be singing two songs, “Men of Freedom” and “Eternal Father, Strong to Save”. We’ll have about 80 to 100 Vets joining voices. A small gift will be presented to each Vet in the services. Gonna be a GREAT day honoring our nation’s Veterans. Gotta be there at 8:15 for final rehearsal. Last year I wore my Dress Blues and might be doing it again tomorrow. I wear it for two reasons... 1. I’m very proud to have worn the uniform of the US Navy, and 2. I can still fit into it, even though the uniform is 47 years old.
Hand Salute!............two
Thank you, tiapam. Such a sweet graphic. After I finished what I HAD to do last night, I fell asleep in the Lazyboy. I think I just passed out. Long hard day did me in.
Thank you for your well wishes and prayers. Love the sweet swinging kitty.
I know it will be a wonderful day for you and all the other Veterans. We owe all of them, including you, our very best!
Meg, I sincerely hope you are much improved today! I will see you when I can.

I love reading church slogans. You know, the ones you see on the marquee in front of churches. Recently I noticed a slogan that said, Come in and experience the presence of God. That one caught my attention, primarily because its an important promise to make and sometimes a hard promise to keep. Hard, because if were not careful our churches might reflect the presence of its people more than the presence of our God.
So what would a church have to do to display the presence of God? Its people would have to live like Him! Dynamics like hospitality, the loving acceptance of all kinds of people, a quickness to serve, a tangible love for one another that makes people feel safe and included regardless of color or class, and a patient tolerance of one anothers weaknesses would all be a great way to start. Paul said we should walk in a manner worthy of the Lord (Col. 1:10). And he also said that being worthy means that we will be humble, gentle, bearing with one another in love, eagerly maintaining the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Eph. 4:2-3).
Lets live in such a way that others will experience the presence of the God who lives in uswherever we are, but especially at church.
