Just learned that under CA PC 632 it is indeed illegal to record someone, unless both parties are aware and audible tone is generated to indicate a recording is in session.

It's a Democrat Party controlled and operated so called "Main Stream Media". I truly believe that all of what is "reported" on or what we are shown (or not shown or reported) on the "networks" (ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, Washington Post, NYTIMES, LA Times, etc) is put out to distract or deceive the public for the Democrat Party or to promote some viewpoint or ideology coming the Democrat Party. I used to watch the evening "news" shows and the political talk shows and read the "newspapers." Not anymore. I want them all to crash financially and die off -- just punishment for their corruption and dishonesty and their continual lying to the American People.
She also violated a restraining order that she wasn’t to talk about their relationship or breakup. The tapes appeared when he cut back on money to the amount agreed on.
I would pay $1,500 bucks for a front seat to see that and I would buy everyone on my row a beer.
