Looks like my spring meetings in Maryland have come to an end. The college where we've met for a decade or more is now charging for the meeting rooms. Since we have no funding, we have to go elsewhere.

Probably to Atlanta, but some folks aren't liking the idea of three week-long sessions in Atlanta, week of meetings spring & fall, and week of testing in the fall.

While I was feeling so icky, I managed to watch two more HP movies. The next one will come on Tuesday or Wednesday, and then I’ll have to wait until the Deathly Hallows movies come out.

Good morning. I haven’t asked the twerply Offspring when the DH movies are expected. I’m sure Tom and Elen know.

I took Frank for a push around the block this morning. We saw cats. Vicki across the street is going crazy with hers. I told her that if she takes them to the bargain spay and neuter clinic, I’ll split the fees with her.

She’s so softhearted about animals that she wouldn’t even squish her tomato worms!

It’s hard to believe it’s been a year, but my grandson is finally on his way home! YAY!

I think he’s a mite shy of a full year, but yes, I think the timing is about the same.

Before her graduation from Basic, which was in late August.

Sigh ... off to get things organized for Mass. I’ll have to lock up the tv or they’ll all just sit there staring ...

I think he deployed late July/early August. I’m not sure of the exact date but the year is up for sure.

I’m so proud of him and of his wife for being so fiercely loyal to him.

I don’t know. My finances are such that I can’t go to Seattle, and I don’t know if he will come to my place, even if he does come to Vegas to see his mom.

There are some odd dynamics at work so my choice is just to sit and wait to see what falls out of the sack.
