I emailed my grandson today, but no response, as yet.
I’ll keep you posted.

It is magnificent to be an observing piece of lint inside the process. Only until you wind up in the lint trap.

Actually, I wish I had Igor’s harmonica. I suspect it would be worth a lot more than anyone knows. And he was GOOD!
If I asked for it, it would be denied me simply because I asked. Life sux, some dayz!

I have a harmonica but don’t know how to play. Probably isn’t worth much because it was a marketing freebie.

Actually, that is a lint rescue mechanism.

When did you get it?
What is the manufacturer?
How long is it?
Just because it was free does not mean it was a dud.

“Rescue?” Darks, what do you know about this?
Do we rescue the Lints? Or let them play?

"Wait: I thought you were the Imperial Weatherman?" Pretty much a title in lieu of a position. While I have respect, and an office, and am semi-officially a "ship's officer" for navigational, astrogational, and defense purposes, I don't have a budget.
Being at a remote posting, that really isn't much of a problem, as there is little to spend it on. However, to do research, as for example into weather satellite production, reflecting heliostats to warm Mars' atmosphere, and heliocentric satellites for research into capturing and utilizing solar energy, most of which is wasted, I have to rely on the good-natured enthusiasm and inventive spirit of our research staff and the production facilities and personnel aboard. This is not a large limitation, but progress goes more slowly than it should for effective implementation of recognizable terraforming efforts.
On the other hand, we are not under population pressure to get things done in a hurry, other that that coming from my personal secretary.

Ah. I see.
Your personal secretary is wiser than you may think. Nothing in her life is done in a hurry. Nurturing takes time, no matter which Habitat one lives in.
