If you're talking about toes, the H
2O
2 solution should work painlessly and effectively.
Leave the feet to soak thoroughly, even if you do only one foot at a time. (You have to consider what "steps" you're going to take when you get out!) It could be a good idea to set up near the bathtub so that you can rinse and dry your feet after treatment.
It takes a while for the peroxide to penetrate into and beneath the toenail, where the fungus is protected.
Use repeated soakings if needed, a few days apart. Use clean socks every day and try to prevent self re-infection.
If you notice improvement, set up a schedule to repeat the treatment occasionally.
Toenails grow slowly. Even if you completely eradicate all infection, it will take months for the toenail to become healthy-looking again. Do not despair. Use the treatment every couple of weeks and have confidence that your feet will be healthier.

Tea-tree Oil! Buy it at Walmart. Mix it with olive oil to make a larger quantity, if necessary.

I went to Sam’s and bought a beef roast for tomorrow. And the mini-bell peppers the little boys love, and some asparagus. I’m cooking the asparagus for lunch.

I LOVE asparagus! It’s not only a diuretic but it’s good for your liver, too!
I’m thinking of going to Arby’s for a BIG roast beast sandwich. Maybe that will make me feel better. Then I can stop by Baskin Robbins on the way home....
