Exactly how many veterans appear depends largely on money. Hastings has about a dozen willing to talk. He figures itll take $15,000 to accommodate them. Hes installed a PayPal button at his ufohastings.com Web page.
UFO ping
$15,000 amongst 12 people. About a $1000 a piece?
You don’t get much these days for that price.
UFO PING.
THANKS
HAS ANYONE SIGNED UP FOR THE ONLINE CONFERENCE FOR $24.00?
I haven’t . . . might. Need to check the dates.
I agree...and their sloppy behavior here with abductions is one of the main reasons I doubt that these beings are interstellar.
As many abductees have said about their experiences, there is a distinct evil quality to their abductors as regards the seemingly endless non-volitional sexual abuse which seems to be the focus of such abductions.
Also, cultures which use DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) as part of their religion to induce hallucinations have an abnormally high rate of interaction (during such hallucinations) with these very same "aliens."
I am only speculating, of course, but I believe these so-called aliens are actually fallen angels or other extra-dimensional beings and not interstellar/extraterrestrial visitors.
Yep...that’s the picture.;-)
Why?
So they can tell us that disclosure is imminent... again...?
So they can tell us that there are things flying around in the sky that nobody can explain and that the government lies about?
Don't bother.
The only thing that could matter is if they disclosed something publicly on National Television at this point.
There are no new facts to add to what we already know and believe/disbelieve.
Why finance the profiteers?
You will come away with:
Just another circle jerk with perhaps a credible person or two and a bevy of certifiable lunatics and disinformation stooges.
Just as any religion has its own self-appointed clergy, there are many vying for pole position with this one.
Oh, boy. Here we go, adopting the big government, Brit distraction propaganda. Those of you with personal strength, there may be bond collapses, sovereign debt crises and world wars in our near future. Get ready for a monstrous depression and nuclear exchanges. The rest of you, carry on with aliens from outer space and other New Age considerations.
Or do you really mean to insult your friends, neighbors, and fellow Freepers because they don't blow off steam in the same way that you do?
That said, friends of mine in the psychiatric community are still perplexed by some patients who believe they might have been abducted.
Have they been abducted...or is this a hallucination or even a disorder related to abnormal brain chemistry.
Whatever it is...it is not a silly new age consideration.
You embarrass yourself with such a comment.
Contractors should concentrate on hardware systems—not initiating stories about space aliens and recommending armies of bisexual, copulating singles. They’re fraudulent wastes of revenues.
If that comment isn't intended for someone else, I want a shot of what you're drinking.
Perhaps.
However, I went to the last Aztec Symposium expecting mostly a poor grade of New Agey types . . . and found some real quality presenters and researchers along with one of my favorites, Stanton Friedman.
And, I was very surprised at the number of new puzzle pieces I was able to glean.
Things are heating up. I’d expect this conference to have at least a few new puzzle pieces. I don’t know that it would be worth $25 or not, though. Perhaps.
Maybe Dave will sign up and report out.
If you fail to understand how that’s all tied together,
then you evidently have not done sufficient homework.
Indeed.
How do your friends in the psychiatric community explain half breed babies taken from the womb at the end of the first trimester?
Or the scoop marks
Or the implants
or incurable ailments cured overnight during an abduction?
Because the delicate nature of the subject matter can cause some folks to "clam up" out of embarrassment (particularly this clinically-oriented person) I tend to ask somewhat clinical/empirical questions which permit her to approach the subject in a way that is comfortable (for her).
If she believes the whole matter to be hallucinatory, that's OK by me. I just want the details.
Specifically (and to answer your question), I don't press her into explaining scoop marks and physical evidence because I am not trying to shape her opinion and know (I think) that she might slip into a state of denial if she had to deal with a entirely new paradigm re: "alien abductions."
That said, I do not know that anyone in the medical community (no one I know at least) is aware of or has personally seen any half-breed babies.
And scoop marks are easily explained by other causes if one is so inclined and a psychiatrist would not be in a position to examine an implant or to even be concerned about such a possibility.
As you might imagine, these folks that have discussed the matter with me don't even entertain the notion that this is anything other than a strange dream, vision, or hallucination.
They might entertain such ideas in the deeper part of their minds but they would IMO never bring such thoughts into the bright light of day.
Have they heard about Harvard Psychiatric Hospital head Dr. John Mack’s research into the abduction phenomenon and his book?
Would be interesting to get their reaction to the book.
As to John Mack, I have never mentioned him (though he is one of my heroes) because of his polarizing effect on his fellow professionals.
Mack was a courageous man, but, as you well know, many people respond to the frightening prospect of "alien" intrusion into our reality with intense anger and fear (which is actually quite understandable when one considers the earth-shattering nature of this subject).
I have always been shocked at the (over)reaction of his peers to Mack's work.
He approached the subject in an entirely professional and objective manner, without forming opinions or conclusions as to what was going on (at least publicly). But the reaction of his peers to his work, even considering his rational approach, shows just how supercharged this topic is.
Actually, it's funny that Mack demonstrated great professional restraint in dealing with the subject of abduction, yet his peers were the ones who injected wild emotion into the situation and then accused him just as wildly of unprofessionalism.
