Prince Mongo used to live in Memphis...had the same problems there...skulls on spears, etc in his yard...He used to drive a VW Thing with the top down and a huge American flag waving in the wind.
He would go to court on occasion to prove that he still needed to be given his disability for being nuts.
He also ran for mayor once and got about 19,000 votes.
