Yes, I though it was poorly worded too.
I assumed that the "they" was the Hawaii legislature and am sure they chose the wording deliberately for their own spin on the outcome.

Lots of ways around this—and to show these fascists how stupid they are:
Ask for the birth certificate of “Barry Soetoro.”
Ask questions seeking information about other Obama documents not covered by the statute.
Check into documentation regarding African American males born in Kenya in August of 1961 who later lived in Hawaii.
Etc.

Well, in that case, it's time for a national boycott of everything Hawaiian ...
Boycott business travel to and from Hawaii, boycott products to and from Hawaii, companies who do business with Hawaii stop business, no vacation travel to Hawaii.
Individual states should find ways to protect their citizens from this Hawaiian law....
