I was wondering where you lived. So its S. Florida? I have a nephew in Tampa!
That has to be a BIG relief! Now to get the other problem fixed!
JC, that ‘capture’ is just darling!!!!
I am down in Alligator Land. With the Swaying Palms, The Hanging Chads, and The New York Liberals! LOL
ML, those tulips look SO alive!!
Last night, they were showing boa constricters being captured in S. FL. I guess people had them as pets, and when they got too big, they were put in the swamps to forage on their own.
That is EXACTLY what has happened yorkie.
People who have been irresponsible with their “pets” has caused a BIG problem in the natural balance of the Everglades.
We even have a very loud and nasty troop of MONKEYS that have taken up residence near I-95.
I DO like the flock of wild parrots (descendants of escaped pets) that hang out near my place though.
It’s a JUNGLE out There!
I googled “Springtime” and the “Tulips” showed up!
I wonder what I would have gotten if i Googled “Calvin” LOL (Theology Joke!)
OMG.
I got
Calvin and Hobbs
and
Calvin Klein
no “John Calvin, or 5 Point TULIP Calvinism at All!
It’s a Google conspiracy!!!!!! LOL
Monkeys, parrots, alligators, and boa constricters? Uh, I think I’ll just stay up here on the high desert, with the deer, javelina (wild pigs), rattlesnakes, scorpions and tarantulas. (Wouldn’t mind the parrots, though!)
None of those eat yorkies, but boas and gator DO! LOL!
woo!!!! Just love those flowers! Spring is in the air here.. so windy in Los Angeles, but very sunny!!!
JC, did you frame that little chick with the daffodils? That frame is just perfect for that graphic!
No Yorkie...that nest is NCTC in West Virginia.
This nest is in Norfolk Botanical Gardens in Norfolk, VA.
There is no sound but the one’s in charge of the live cam, really know what they are doing!!! The live cams are becoming increasingly popular!
ps.. mom and pop are sitting on eggs on the WVA nest, so we will see if they are viable or not.
YOU HAD A ANTIQUE STORE?????* Polly hear screeching loudly*
That was always my dream....oh my!!!
ROTF! You got THAT right. (But coyotes eat yorkies, too, and I forgot to mention - we have a LOT of them up here!)
They lick their chops when they see that little ‘appetizer’ walking on the lawn, right next to her mommy, and don’t DARE get anywhere near!
I really worried that the eggs were left alone too long in W.Va. during that blizzard..... :0
Ah! I needed the “ISM” at the end!
That’s the ticket!
