Throw the (l)ibertarians out of the GOP...or drive them out...and the party would garner no more than 25% of the vote.

Social conservatives and (l)ibertarians need each other to win.

Sucks though.

I don’t like libertarian philosophy due to:

1. Its social promotion of deviant lifestyles i.e. homosexuality, drug abuse, pornography, prostitution.

2. Its isolationist foreign policy.

There are two types of Libertarians with regard to pro-life:

1) Those who *know* that life begins at conception believe that our Declaration of Indepence’s phrase,”Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happines”, begins at the moment of conception, and that this little spark of life on its way to liberty and pursuit of happiness has a **right** to the full protection of the law.

Then there are the other Libertarians. Those who do not believe life begins at conception.

I live in a red state. The members of our Libertarian organization overwhelmingly fell into the first category. I was a registered Libertarian for many years and very active in the organization.

Also...As for drugs and prostitution:

Libertarians are not libertines. The members of our party in my state were socially conservative. They would advocate preaching, persuasion, the example of righteous living, and ( if necessary) shunning. But...They do not believe government should be in the business of making people good.

Libertarians are like gays ~ they think there's more of them than there really are ~ usually by a factor of 10 or more.

Dropping the Libertarians would probably not effect much more than 1% of the national Republican vote. In states and districts where our margin of victory is normally greater than that, no change at all would occur that was meaningful.

Remember, to count in politics you gotta' play ball with the guys who own the court.

Even more mysteriouser we find that every single soup can or soda pop bottle has a barcode on it.

These things are finding their way into our homes and businesses!

While I agree with many libertarian positions, there are a couple planks of the Libertarian party platform that really blow it for me. Their wide-open borders stance would destroy us.
