I suspect that the content of the article truthfully reports plans which have been ongoing for some time now, but not necessarily and probably not overtly known by any one world power or series of players.
In the early part of this decade I had a series of vivid dreams, over 200 to 20000 such dreams in different situations, which very well portray and are consistent with this article.
I really didn’t know what to make of them, but recognized they were spiritually involved and felt the best way of gleaning any righteous value from them would be through faith in Christ and letting His Word be the guide for veracity.
I still do not know, and perhaps am not intended to fully understand what they were intended to convey, but through faith in Him, recognize there is spiritual significance in them. With parallel confirmation of their content from other sources, and witness of slow migration in current events to their possible action, IMHO, the best response is to first remain faithful through Christ in all things.
BTW, it is interesting to note the plan implied in the story is similar to how persons who had studied eschatology, but lacked faith in Christ, might perceive the evolution of future events. For that reason, there also may be strong risk of either deception, or parlaying God’s Plan into a mechanism supporting satanic strategy.

But the Christian FREEPERS who also believe we are in the END TIMES but balk at seeing the puzzle pieces fit together—THAT boggles my minds.
