Ooops! I meant to send my post #637 to all of you!
Sweet!
Thanks, Billie! I’ll try it when I get back - taking the ‘furry kid’ for a much needed grooming, and then to lunch for TEMPURA!!!
See y’all later.
Oh that photo has a feeling of serenity!!!
Thanks Billie!!!
I want that!!!!!!! and NOW!!! *wink*
That sure is one of those 'precious memories' for the both of you! And aren't you glad you did that? Bet you and she talk of that experience today!
This was so cute yesterday. So many posts I didn’t get to answer yesterday....trying to catch up on a few!
Thank you so much, Billie!
Thank you, JC. That happens to me, too! Sometimes I’ll miss several days in a row, and then it seems like I can never catch up!
You can make it Polly! SOOOOoooo easy! And SOOOOOoooo GOOD!!! (Did you see the recipe under the picture? It even has pictures, showing how to make them!
Thank you, jaycee. Of the many drawings I did that year of the Bushes, Reagans, and the Cheneys, that one is still one of my favorites. The other two are the one of Bush praying, and Laura’s close-up profile. But all three are such wonderful photographs I know that’s why I enjoyed ‘copying’ them with pencil more than others. :)
Is there any song he doesn't do so perfect? :) I have saved at least a dozen songs I found on the net, and his voice is just the most amazing thing. :)
To be honest though, Clay Aiken (of American Idol Season 2 Fame) also did a fantastic rendition of "Solitaire". That and "Bridge Over Troubled Water" and "To Love Somebody" were killers on the show!
Oh, she is just precious! And so is her little sidekick!
Not you, too. :( Where IS that chicken soup?!
:) (didn’t think so) :)
Awwwww, I hope he didn’t get too cold. :(
:(
For some reason, I've never given much thought to earthworms, alive or dead. Now I'm feeling a little bad for them. :(
Well, thank you, Polly! I thought it was an interesting pic and have been wanting to use it somehow, so thought putting the silhouette of the man in the distance would give me reason to use it - with Elvis’ “Solitaire” :)
Let me tell you about our small burgers here. We have a little restaurant that’s been here for years (home-owned and passed to the grown children) and they make the little burgers and they have always been a hit here. Its called the Circle or Blue Circle. Guess they’ve been in business here for 40 years.
A few years ago the Krystal Burger Chain moved into Bristol and everyone was whispering ‘oh, this will put The Circle out of business for sure.’ They won’t be able to compete with that big chain. They competed and it doesn’t seem to have hurt them a bit. The Circle is fairly close to me and Krystal is across town on the Virginia side. I still like the old Circle better than Krystal. Those you made looked yummy!
