Useful link, I already take fish oil...and IF you freeze it, it does not have the after taste or burping and doesn't effect the fish oils properties, Flaxseed oil, C + bioflavoniods, coral calcium..the others give me gas. Plant Estrols for cholestrol (artificially inflated by my Syntrhoid), E, and B12 sub lingual, colegaen, plus probiotics. I might try upping the Flaxseed and Fish oil and see if that will make a difference. I'm 15 lbs over weight for my height.
Prayer is always appreciated. I grew up in churches where folks actually laid hands on the sick and prayed for them. The Church I go to now just prays for you. I like the old way better.
