Have a nice rest. I’m thinking of the same thing - it’s so cloudy and dreary today!

Aren’t they sweet? We discussed sweetpeas one time. My mother had them growing on a fence at the side of our house when I was little. I remember that she made me a little corsage one time with sweet peas and some tiny fern. (It could have been for a piano recital (its hard to remember what else it could have been for.) My sweet mother could do anything and it turned out beautiful. I did not get her talent. Of course I didn’t have daughters either.

So beautiful in the snow. Hyacinths are so tough, just like crocus! God is good, isn’t He?

My first experience with sweet peas was at my grandparent’s farm..My grandmother grew them...I was very young but I remember how I loved the smell.
We have sweet memories to cherish.

Happy Sunday to you all as well! ...Nice images, Ladies!

http://edsphotoblog.com/wp-content/photos/800px/wild_daffodil_flowers_durham_england.jpg
The daffodil was adopted in the 20th Century as the national flower of Wales, because (in legend though not invariably in fact) it begins to bloom on Saint David's Day, March 1. Some have speculated that a paperwhite (a pure white daffodil) may have symbolized purity among the Druids, & so was coopted as a symbol of Saint David. In Wales to this day, school children wear daffodils to celebrate the first day of March.

At least this time when I had a reaction it was only for 1 day, some of them have been a couple of weeks long.

Those are very pretty flowers in the snow.

Almost back to my old self this morning, my aches and pains are due to the Fibromyalgia and the cold weather we are having. My poor car took the brunt of the damage. I ran over something in the road I didn’t see blew the tire, and it sent me into one of those old fashion mail boxes on a metal pole, barely bent the pole, and knocked the box off the pole. Didn’t even deploy the air bag.
