I truly don’t know the origin of the image; found it on a website that had some old B&W photos featured.

If I had to venture a guess, those dancers look like something Busby Berkeley would have done in the pre-Hays Code days. Just his kind of wacky and skimpy dance costume. Great photo. Lots of cool stuff on this thread.
