Interesting post.
I do find it a bit weird that somehow a 1,600 year old 16 year old Korean girl would not look like a 16 year Korean school girl today except for the clothes and upgraded cell phone

On a personal note though I find Asian women to be quite strikingTrue Dat.

Reeds for basket making or thread for sewing and you don’t have a blade but do have teeth, or by using them as a third hand while making handicrafts.

There's this female asian model on those
RoC skin care products commercials that I think is drop-dead gorgeous.
I see Korean characteristics in her face, but I'm a little biased.

Yup, thats what I’m talking about!!

You mean the the reconstruction and the two older women looking at her in the picture? I don’t think they look anything alike. Their faces are totally different shapes.

Someone will probably set up a MySpace or Twitter page for this reconstruction, if that hasn’t already happened.

I’ve been snipping off monofilament fishing line with my teeth for decades.

Just over ten years ago, the local museum did head reconstructions on a couple of Egyptian remains in the collection; one was of the mummy of Nakhte-Bastet-Iru, the daughter of a known Egyptian guy, probably really famous a few thousand years back. The other was just an unidentifiable mummy head bought by a tourist. The GR Museum appears to have scrubbed its website of this, perhaps they’re trying to avoid b-s from Zahi “Zowie” Hawass.
