Sorry to hear about your loss. Condolences to you. We lost our 17 yr old poodle about 2 1/2 years ago.
Too cute...
Really? You would of shot the kitten?
Very funny!
Literally, no. However, it would have crossed my mind. The officer handled it better than I would have.
Thank you for posting this. It’s the first time I have laughed for a while.
Thanks for the hugs. It’s so hard to lose a pet. When I took her to the vet she still had enough breath to hiss at the “shop cat.” It was an upper on a very bad day.
Thank you so much. I took a great deal of comfort from your post. I miss her so much it hurts.
I lost my Scooter to diabetes a couple of years ago. We had to put him to sleep. It was one of the hardest things other than my father’s death that I ever had to do. We still miss him so much. How lucky your kitty was to have been so loved in this life.
My heart aches for your loss. She is no less than a family member and possibly better than some (in my case it's true).
After many pets over many years, not a one hasn't taken a big chunk of my heart when they left. The thought of missing one brings tears to my eyes all the way back to my first, a dog (genius as far as I'm concerned). I keep wondering how can I still have heart left after all that breaking and taking but I get another pet, my heart grows back and I still remember every one who went before.
I think in reality there are a bunch of dogs, a dozen or so cats and two rabbits are living here in spirit. And that makes it okay.
HUGS!!!
