I’m not sure but I think he’s taken the cautious route and suggested that the president isn’t helping shut it down the way he could.

Hasn’t said one way or another. Unlike BOR who has already labeled the “birthers” as crazies, he’s taking a wait and see approach.

I listen to Mark late afternoon everyday.
Mark is busy exposing the Health Care, and other socialistic issues Obama is pushing.
Mark is exposing the left wing people surrounding Obama.
Mark, as head of Landmark Legal Foundation is busy in legal
issues affecting us.
His book “Liberty and Tyrany” is still on the NY times Best Sellers list.
Those who have nothing to do and nothing to contribute
probably have time for the BC issue.
Very Conservative Jim Demint is not on board with this,
either is Glen Beck.
Interesting how many people who want Joe Biden for president.

IMHO....with Levin, like Rush....I haven’t heard too much from their camp. Rush has only ‘hinted’ at it....but he’s keeping the ball rolling on the OTHER important issues (along side the BC). If we focus on just the BC....everything else gets overshadowed. Fight on ALL fronts.....because they’re throwing them at us at an alarming pace.
I admire the tenacity of Orly Taitz. I hope she keeps ‘pluggin’ away and hits ‘the mother lode’.
My impression is that he is taking an “ignore the issue” approach. Which, for him, I believe is smart. I have heard him essentially hang up on/quickly cut off those who have called in with the issue.
The reason I think that he’s smart handling it that way is: There are enough folks energized and active on the issue as it sits, and indeed more of them appear to be drawn to it as time goes on. For better or worse. The issue will proceed to wherever it’s going to proceed to with or without him.
Levin is not just a blatherer, he values his credibility greatly, as a Constitutional scholar and as an attorney who does work for/with the Landmark Legal Foundation, which is primarily engaged in battling the admin on Constitutional issues. And, it should be said, as an author who’s in the business of selling books that draw on his cred. That the BC issue is a Constitutional issue is inarguable. Nevertheless, the odds are overwhelming IMO that this issue will turn into a nothingburger, win, lose, or draw. That outcome would be a credibility destroyer for him, by reflection, because he is so passionate about his points, he’d have to out-passionate those who are already engaged. Besides, at this juncture, he’d be a late-joiner which is also not his style. So my opinion is that he has strategically elected to stay out of it in order to be more useful elsewhere in the many other battles we have on our plates.
Those of us who serve & have served our country in battle would like to know that Obama is eligible to be our CIC.

Tonight Bill defended birthers by saying they were not racists...just that it was a “right wing political” thing.
I can listen late in the afternoon because I worked for over 40 years and am ret. from the leagal field.
Also spend time in counter demonstrations against Code Pinkos, against the Hamas groups, and others.
I have several retalives in the military, mostly Marines who have done several tours in Iraq and Afghn.
