It’s in a wilderness area, Quix. A neighbor got information from Enchantment - that it is in the “Taylor Wilderness Area”. (But it’s not on Google or Google Earth.) Go figure.....

I had some trouble similar last year. It was a fan motor but they had it the next day and mine was still under warranty. We had a whole new unit put in right before my husband passed away and several small things have happened since and everything has been under warranty. I do not know how long that warranty runs but I should have asked him.
I even got a nice letter from Trane headquarters telling me they were sorry that I had had this trouble, etc.etc. and thanked me for my patience. Very unusual. Thats my second Trane!

Shhhhh..I tried the A/C about 30 minutes ago after a 4 hour rest..It’s working..Cooling down the house...Even if it stops working right now is a big help!
I am keeping the thermostat on 79 so it won’t have to work so hard... It was 87 in the house...now its 79. I said “Thank you, Lord”
. Ears on alert for the big HUM again.
I may turn it off before I go to sleep but this is wonderful!

Have certainly heard plenty of rumors about the area for more than 40 years.
One of my Univ buddies who traveled and explored all over the area from Flag to Prescott (particularly in Secona, Oak Creek, etc areas) was wary of getting very close to some of that area.
Please let me know if you run across any current such stories.
