I don’t disagree with anything you said. And I don’t believe I said I know what the truth is. I don’t, that’s why we’re here.
“Ive yet to find a single state that lays down in law just how a Secretary of State is supposed to verify the eligibility of a person running for election.”
By getting a signed statement. See my post above for Rhode Island’s way to ‘verify’ a candidate is eligible.
That, and nothing more, by the look of it. He signed the required documents and that's exactly what a muslim would do...abiding by the laws of allah means never needing to acknowledge the validity of any other law.
Reminds me of the muslims in Australia who drive without a licence and do not register their vehicles. allah doesn't require it.
So whoever authorized Barack to run in South Carolina is guilty of fraud if he is found to not be a NBC.
No wonder this thing goes deep. Plenty of people would go down with Bammy.
I’m guessing, but I gather that the candidate signs a statement to say that he/she is qualified to run...the committee staples the signed statement to their nomination announcement and as we say in Australia, ‘Bob’s your uncle!’
.
Thanks potlatch
More documents to peruse.....
The FReepers are on the case -
I found MissTickly’s article interesting but won’t read through this thread. All the copy and paste over and over, lol.
BTW, my apologies for misspelling the name: should be Fukino, not "Fukina."
I think that’s the site from which I got the FIRST
version I posted in #173. Thanks for the link.
Much different language in the Hawaiian Democratic Party
certification. Thank you.
Oh yes, that’s why I clarified. I realize now that might not have been clear!
Check out the contents of that last link I sent you, there are more documents there.
“Not to mention the fact that there is a Trial that is scheduled in Santa Ana that is apparently moving forward. The integrity of the records needs to be maintained.”
?? what trial scheduled in Santa Ana??

The Judge in the case Hon. Carter, has said that the case will be heard on its merits.
Maybe give this guy a call for protection?
And/or this one
Both are former Navy Seals, the latter is FReeper Travis McGhee, AKA Matthew Bracken
The former is Lt. Commander Richard Marcinko, aka "Rogue Warrior"
I'm simultaneously reading books by each of them. One is my "away" book, the other my "read before sleeping" book.
The parents only need to be citizens, they can be naturalized or otherwise not natural born.
Thanks for correcting me, that is what I meant to say. I have NBC on the brain!
Dr. Fukino is not supposed to look at it either. She is certainly not supposed to look at it and reveal any of it's contents without permission from the person or their parents/children.
But my point was Dr. Fukino is every bit as obligated to support and defend the Constitutions of the US and Hawai`i as the Governor is. I'm sworn to Support and defend the US Constitution as well. Sometimes that might, just might, involve breaking a mere statute law. It's also likely to involve a certain amount of risk.
The difference between myself, and so many others here, and the Governor and Dr. Fukino, is that we were told and encouraged to think about that risk, before taking the oath. So our oath is more than a mere recitation of words, even Obama managed that, kinda. It's a personal commitment to something beyond our own private concerns. Obama couldn't even imagine doing that.
Please, don't insult my dog, whose name is Mortimer Snerdly. He's much better looking and more loyal to his pack than What's His Name will ever be.
