"We were disturbed by James. He likes to wander into people’s naps and talk very loudly."

I can see why you pinged Darks.

I only wander into dreams.
Dreams are doorways.
You never know what will come through.
(Originally typed “wader through” which may be more correct.)

So I had the zombies doing the research.
We’ll catch up to them.
Eventually.

"Why don't know it alls know when to shut up? "

Among the signs that a conversation may be drawing to a close, the slamming of a door often suggests that further discussion may not be warranted.

A similar conclusion may be reached if one of the parties happens to fall asleep.

Not bad. I went to Walmart early, before the middle-school buses came through. Now the younger kids are close to finishing their schoolwork - which means I need to increase the assignments next week ;-). These two weeks before our vacation are experimental, and once we come back, I should be able to plan a full day’s work for them.

Maybe we’ll go to the library this afternoon. I need more episodes of “Foyle’s War.”

I found Anoreth’s mp3 player, Bible, and FBI ball cap.

Me too. For all I’ve been in the office 2 hours now. But I have almost gotten through my e-mail — or that that I can handle. Got a preview of an article of mine in German, but I need another pair of eyes on it.

Me, too. I think I dozed in the recliner for a few minutes, but the little boys are really loud.

Too bad.

This morning it was like autumn, grey and dripping. That really helped the "sleepy" feeling. Now it's warming up and the sun's coming out. Back to summer.

Had to review a magazine article of "mine" (my by-line) this morning. The material was mine and published in a recent journal (English and German), but the organization office took it and reworked it a bit for publication in a German magazine. It overran my German, but LoM said it was well-written.
