"New dinosaurs weren't created by interbreeding," said Miyashita. "Having a variety of dinosaurs in one area creates new ecological interactions such as competition for food and predation. "That can lead to the evolution of a new species."

So they haven't discovered a new species or bones that might be a new species only evidence of lots of Dinos in the area so that might mean there was a new species developed. These guys sound as crazy as global warming fanatics, with absolutely no evidence at all they are announcing the possibility of a new species of Dino.
