You would laugh at my theory, which I have been stating for more than a decade, that most of the blocks were pour in place, with only the most prominent blocks (like in the king’s chamber and the pyramidal top stone) being cut and moved into place.

I would think that after all of these years, they would have been able to determine that the block were “cast in place” like concrete. How, if so, did they get and mix the mud before it set, and hod carriers deluxe....maybe?

I always figured that the pyramids were the easiest ones to do.
I saw something on one guy who showed how to lever a block up four feet.
If you can raise a block four feet then push it forward four feet, then you can stair-step blocks up as high as you want.
