I didn't understand this "She has had 3 adjustments and is more comfortable withfit. Its probably just me.
I will remember you and your daughter in prayer.
In that second sentence it should have read:
Is hard for us to understand, isn’t it, and I know you wish you could be with her.
In that sentence I had said ‘isn’t she’....must be bedtime. LOL!
Try as I might I couldn't get 'pie in the window' out of my head.
You found the ‘perfect picture’ this time! A picture sometimes draws a person to a poem. Of course, it was such a short poem, most would have read it. But for me, the pictures can do it for me....remember, ‘a picture is’....we all know the rest!
Yes, I guess, when you all are ready to play, I am either going to bed or am already asleep....LOL! Time changes make a difference...LOL~~~
What a cutie!
In the middle of carting 70 pieces of luggage, an electronic piano, and other equipment through airports and on and off a tour bus, its easy to wonder, Why are we doing this?
Taking 28 teenagers on an 11-day ministry trip to a land across the ocean is not easy. But at the end of the trip our bus driver, who had carted us all over England and Scotland, grabbed the bus microphone and in tears thanked the kids for how wonderful they had been. Then after we got home, he e-mailed us to say how much he appreciated the thank you cards the kids had written to himmany of which contained the gospel.
Although the students ministered to hundreds through song during the trip, perhaps it was the bus driver who most benefited from their Christlikeness. In Ephesians we are told to be imitators of God and to walk in love (Eph. 5:1-2). Others see God in us when we show love to one another (1 John 4:12). The bus driver saw Jesus in the students and told them that they might just convert him to faith in Christ. Maybe it was for this man that we took that trip.
Why do you do what you do? Whose life are you affecting? Sometimes its not our target audience that we impact most. Sometimes its the bus drivers of the world.
This truly was a sweet story from our Daily Bread, Mr. Mayor. Not much to add to that one as it said it all. It does prove we never know who may be touched by what one does or says in life.
That’s right! Everyday we touch so many lives and they see us and they should see Christ.
Good Morning Mayor! Wow did this bring back memories. Not when I was young but just about 20 years ago, our church choir toured Europe , singing. All 100 of our choir members and spouses, loading and unloading luggage, traveling from town to town and the Bus Drivers and tour guides became very involved in what we were doing. In the end, several members of our choir became close friends with this guide!

Good Morning Yorkie!
Okay, now I want a dog like that!
I promised myself when we lost our teacup poodle that we would not get another dog. I may have to eat those words yet!

You will soon see a lot of people wearing Red on Fridays. Here's why..... The Americans, who support our troops, are the silent majority. We are not "organized" to reflect who we are, or to reflect what our opinions are. Many Americans, like yourself, and all their friends, simply want to recognize that Americans support our troops. Our idea of showing our solidarity and support for our troops is starting Friday and continuing on each and every Friday, until this is over, that every red-blooded American who supports our young men and women, WEAR SOMETHING RED. |
Now I want pie!
Who's up for a drink and a show?
LOL!! I’m in!
