Appears to resemble recess lighting. Like a reflection off of glass in the distance with recess lighting coming from behind the camera. There is so many things this could be.

These shapes were not visible to the naked eye...Well, do ya think that it might be something to do with the camera or optics (reflection) rather than your magical UFO explanation...??
