We never had one that young but a couple of wounded birds recuperated on our big screened-in porch till they could fly again.

Experiencing things like that in childhood taught us to believe in miracles.

I saw this sign on a thread about the Cincinnati Tea Party and I think I will be posting it as a footnote on all my posts for the duration of this "big awful mistake".

Jk and I have decided to close our business on April 15th in solidarity with the beleaguered American taxpayer and will be attending one of the many Tea Parties being held across the country that day. If 5,000 fed up taxpayers showed up to protest yesterday in Cincinnati, imagine the impact we can make across this country on tax day!

Jim, are you planning to attend a Tea Party on the 15th? Which one? We may join you!

I’m starting to thaw, I may even be able to actually smile once I take off at least a dozen layers of clothes for the first time in a long time! ;^)

I sure wish the 15th was on a Saturday or Sunday. It might be difficult to get the hard working Americans, the ones paying taxes and supporting the entire infrastructure of this country to turn out in the middle of a work week.

WorldNetDaily has a list of the Tea Parties being planned. Most are planned for the 15th, some are planned for the following weekend.
