And veterans won't hestitate to shoot back and leave them for graves registration or the medics.

I would think not; further, there are a LOT of people out there who are not veterans who would do the same thing. Oh, and both groups would liberate considerable quantities of interesting toys from those invaders, toys that would, IMHO, be used on their former owners and any that dared invite them in.

It takes one soldier to care for a dead man, three to care for each wounded one.

That assumes that the force with the wounded soldier gave a rat's ass about him. My understanding is that the Chinese in Korea didn't. In that case, the only good invader is a dead invader.

History is clear.

Many will do as ordered. Folks, you are deceiving yourself if you think otherwise. The orders will be phrased in a way to seem ok at first. For instance there is a food riot (or something) going on at such and such place. Disarm and detain, use of force is authorized.

Sorry guys, the military is not all knights on shining armor. They are human, and fallible.
