I’ve got flour, yeast, and a damp, chilly day in which I don’t need to go out until after 5:00 p.m., so maybe I’ll make bread, just to prove I still can!

Meck. Library says the biography of Viscount Wavell is in. I guess Anoreth can pick it up after her class later. Saturday is supposed to be *less* rainy, so we could go get some books for the byos.

Teen1 has me reading Stephanie Meyer’s “The Host”.
“It’s Science Fiction.” She said.

It’s not bad, so far. I’m only a third of the way in.
Teen1 got into Meyers through the “Twilight” series, and she was ecstatic when the movie came out. She made me watch the movie with her, and then suggested that I read the books.
“The Host” is not part of that series, but as Teen1 puts it, “It’s all part of my plan.”
I suspect she’s trying to civilize me, or something.

Yep. I’m lucky if I only have 10 or 11 symptoms to deal with on a daily basis.
Usually, it’ closer to 30. But it’s what I have, and what I have to deal with. It’s an on-going process, that, and I still find myself becoming very angry about my limitations.
But still....I’m alive!

I used to have an Oster Kitchen Center (I’d love to have one now, for sure!) that made the best darn bread and refrigerator cinnamon rolls.
(I’ll be waiting for my slice....)
Good morning!
I just made a pot of coffee without the pot. Am I good, or what? Of course, I also had to clean up hot coffee grounds and water. (Wasn’t there something on that website that had to do with short-term memory?)

I’m going to go make another pot of coffee. I hope I get it right this time! LOL!

Considering I was ‘nearby’, the missing pot for the brewer is easily ascribed as being ‘my fault’.
