Nobody believes I'll leave, either!
“...either defeat them or learn how to communicate.”
*Bad Idea Generated*
“Hey, they’re underground.. right? So let’s aim the teleFRAG emitter DOWNWARDS?!”
*One Thunderous Explosion Later aka OTEL event*
“THAT was a bad idea!”
“But.. it was COOL!”
I’m strongly in favor of blowing things up.
Where's the "Go" button?
I dream of those every once in a while. The dream usually turns into a nightmare because Igor invariably shows up!!
Good morning!
You don’t have to leave: Just go on strike. If you can stand the chaos it would cause.
Morning, Guys!
Life is good when one has more toys. And they work! Explosively!
I can’t stand the mess for more than an hour! I replaced the filter in the Dyson this morning. They’re reusable, but it takes them so long to dry after washing that I really needed more than one. Now I have 3!
Wednesday is going to the vet this afternoon; she’s been having “accidents.” If she doesn’t have an infection, we’ll have to think it’s just nerves. I sent an email out to the homeschool group to see if anyone wants a cat.
Now I have to call Tulsa about Anoreth’s tonsillectomy again.
Poor Wednesday. Pets are so embarrassed by their accidents. How old is she? (I should remember, but I don’t.)
I have to clean my vacuum, and think I’ll have to send for a replacement filter, too.
Wednesday was 9 when we got her, so she’s about 11 now. Agnes acted the same way when she got old and was mad at us. We’ll see what the vet says, and pray someone volunteers to give her a more restful home.
The good news is I got the information I needed from Tulsa, so Anoreth can make the Coast Guard happy. I was right that her tonsillectomy was in 1999.
Some catz are just not happy with a lot going on. Others like it. I’ll be waiting to hear.
Good news for Anoreth!!!
I finally got my grandson’s address in Ft. Lewis, so I can keep in better contact.
My son called yesterday from St. Louis. He and the Samster are on vacation. Today, they planned to visit the Arch. I have claustrophobia too bad to do that! I hope they enjoy it.
Then I think they are going to watch a hockey game tonight, and visit the zoo tomorrow, then head home.
Ulp. I have a presentation in an hour, and more & more folks have been "signing up" (originally it was just two, product manager and marketing manager). My fault, I guess, I did note that it was open for others for whom it might be relevant. Then I noticed a few minutes ago that my new American boss is in the office -- I wasn't expecting to see him for another 2 weeks. I wonder if he'll be there...
You are so popular! Keep us posted on how it goes.
St. Louis? I'm awaiting an invitations for a speaking engagement (plus customer visits) there. Hope I can see the Arch too.
My son was there several years ago (we used to live in St. Charles) and took his wife to the Arch, not knowing she, too, was claustrophobic.
He liked it! It’s a guy thing this time.
Got through it. Sparked some good discussion of the issues, though they kept going off in wrong directions. Oh well... the idea got through and it gelled some things that have been in discussion.
I like it when things come together, even if it looks as if it’s not going to.
Ya done good!
The vet’s going to keep Wednesday for observation for the rest of the day, maybe over night. She’ll be furious!
Yes, but she’ll get over it! She’ll probably be in a snit for a day or two, but she’ll be fine.
Thanks. Now I have to prepare tomorrow’s powerpoint.
