This team was originally the Portsmouth (OH) Spartans before they moved to Detroit.

At least now there is a team worse than the 1991 Indianapolis Colts (1-15).

What a crappy game. I thought they had a shot
in the third quarter.
Dang, Tony Dungy’s group has been Grudenized...
I like Chucky, it’s just not the same without Tony

We need an “EPIC FAIL” graphic for the Lie-ons.

Poor Tim “the Tool Man” Taylor. The Lions always make me think of that show. :)
I’m a huge GT fan, but they have to take Moreno if he declares or at least Stafford. Wonder if any guys are praying they aren’t the first pick?

I think some first place teams should give them a couple of wins just to be fair

About two thirds of the NCAA eligible class just went to their eligibility rep to see if they could stay another year.

Do you hear that little bell when the final gun sounded?
That was John McKay up in heaven earning his angel wings...

Detroit first acquired a top-notch offensive line built for run blocking, and then proceeded to change to a passing offense: 0-16 is the result.

Finally, a team that sucks worse than the ‘89 Cowboys (1-15).
At least they beat the Redskins that year...

I feel badly for the Lions and their fans, wouldn’t wish a winless season on anybody, even the teams I hate.
To: Flycatcher
and Matthew Stafford is telling family members he is leaning toward staying at Georgia because he is afraid detroit would pick him. how sad a statement on the Lions is that?

Well what ever you decide to do its important to be the best there is at it. The Lions are the best at losing. Atleast my mighty Bengals finished with 3 wins. Look out for the Roar in ‘09.

um...I don’t think there is one aspect of the Lions game that does not stink. It takes quite a team effort to go 0-16.

This Browns fan's heart goES out to the Lions fans. The Lions have a long and storied history in the NFL — they'll be back.
Here's to a successful rebuilding process for both our teams!
