We elected these expletives-deleted.

We can toss 'em out.

But what it will take is a new party.

CAPITALISM is wonderful...however the missing key ingredient that will cause every capitalistic system to ultimately fail is lack of what my mother called
“stopping sense” (a fault of mine which she corrected with a conveniently handy switch she kept on top of the fridge and used liberally across my backside.) Unfortunately the business schools do not teach “stopping sense” or the concept of altruism. When you have CEOs who are making obscene multiples of employees salaries and Bank and Brokerage house officers are getting millions for their stupid, immoral, and incompetent management, the system is broken. The salary scales, perks, bonuses, and benefits those jerks got are obscene.

Seal one hundred people in a room, with a table which seats 10. The rule being you must have a seat at the table in order to eat. You will come crawling up starving to death and those same jerks will kick you away and keep on making gluttons of themselves. At first everyone looks and is glad to see someone is eating and doing great...then at some point the sense of being proud and happy for it begins to turn to envy and then anger...and ultimately the 90% will attack and eliminate the problem..which is what is beginning to happen now.

The larger view is simply that an increasing percentage of the total wealth of the U.S. and of the world is falling into a smaller and smaller percentage of the population. It is tolerated to a point after which things like the election of the Obamination start to happen. Which could be a prelude to CWII. Should another depression occur the walled and gated communities will be little protection from an angry and hungry populace.

Well, with due respect to your mother [or not depending on how you feel about your lickings =) ] in order to allow capitalism to function it must remain free and open. The more regulation and tampering, the more likely to fail. Just like the big three auto makers - and just like my neighborhood grocer who can’t sell eggs as cheap as Wal-Mart; they tried, they failed, they go away.... Bailing them out or buying them out and providing government ‘oversight’ is socialism. We, the people, did not choose that type of government or economic system, yet our own representatives continue to push us precisely in that direction.

It is not likely that Beamish and Bass could come close to understanding much less investigating the bailout money trail. Have they been so vigilant when it comes to protecting the World from liberal scams that have been in place for decades? Beamish was very quick to alert readers(other liberals) about questions surrounding Sarah Palin. Polar bears
