“Sorry Caver, I only counted 117,209 posts in regards to Barry’s birth certificate. You’re BIG number looks like a forgery.”

OK, you got me, I was exaggerating to make a point!

Obama did a somewhat strange thing in giving her State, and seemed willing to agree to most of what she demanded to do so.

I don't think the demands for him to show the Birth Certificate crosses into the Parnoid realm, but when I see him loading up on Clinton retreads, I get a little paranoid that he knows he is going to have to step down (under some excuse other than the BC?) and that Hillary will somehow take over the office.

Devious little creatures, these Clintons.

“There is something wrong with Obama’s birth certificate, or he would just release it. Instead, he has an army of lawyers trying to suppress the story and to defeat the law suits. It is ridiculous that he won’t tell Hawaii to hold a press conference and release the records. Are we not a nation of law? Does he not want to be our #1 law enforcement officer?”

Oh I agree with you. There is indeed something wrong with Obama’s birth certificate as well as host of other things about the man, his background, his associations, his cohorts, etc. Obama along with the media and willing accomplices stole this election. They got him this far and if you and all the others think something small like a birth certificate is going to stop him, you’re nuts.

We are indeed a nation of laws, but we have been seeing the liberals break the law with an ever increasing intensity for years now. The only difference with this election is that they are so brazen about it. In my opinion, nothing will ever come from all of this birth certificatee stuff.

Those covering for him will be forever remembered as part of the biggest conspiracy in the United States history. DNC, Howard Dean, Nancy Pelosi,RNC, Congess...etc. have aided and abetted a fraud. I hope they are proud of themselves.

So much shame to go around. In the old days, someone would remove themselves to keep the country from being shamed. These people are disgraceful.

Where do we make our stand? Who will fill the gap in the battle lines?

Those are good questions of which I don’t have any answers. The only way to do it is to get everyone moving in the same direction. I know quite a few people but there is no way that I could convince more than 2 or 3 of things that need to be done. Apathy has set in for most people.

Why did Barack co-sponsor this legislation and add language, when he normally was never in Washington during the campaign time?
***Look at the language he tried to add. Does it make sense that he would try to add it if he knew he was natural born? No. Does it make sense if he knew there was a constitutional problem with him running? Yes.

I haven't read the whole thread, so I am sure that my comments will echo those of others. So sorry for the repeat, but...

The Senate Resolution means absolutely nothing from a legal standpoint.

It is the legal equivalent to getting a majority of 100 of your neighbors to vote that cats are better than dogs, and then declaring it as fact.

5. they arrive six weeks into the fall semester in 1960

Here's a little information from Atlas Shrugs, take it for what it's worth.

According to this blog, Atlas reader Rudy emailed both the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii, and they sent him back dates of enrollment. It didn't match the dates Wikipedia had for Stanley Ann Dunham. Bob tried to update Wikipedia and his updates got deleted within minutes.

Here's what was supposedly returned by email:
“The University of Hawaii at Manoa is only able to provide the following information for Stanley Ann Dunham:

Dates of attendance:
Fall 1960 (First day of instruction 9/26/1960)
Spring 1963 - Summer 1966
Fall 1972 - Fall 1974
Summer 1976
Spring 1978
Fall 1984 - Summer 1992

Degrees awarded:
BA - Mathematics, Summer 1967 (August 6, 1967)
MA - Anthropology, Fall 1983 (December 18, 1983)
PhD - Anthropology, Summer 1992 (August 9, 1992)

And an alleged response from University of Washington:

Ms. Stanley Ann Dunham was enrolled at the University of Washington for:
Autumn 1961
Winter 1962
Spring 1962

So assuming these email responses were true, the Univ of Hawaii has O' mom starting class in Sept 26, 1960, dropped out for the spring semester (while pregnant), then re-enrolled in University of Washington in autumn of 1961, just after Obama was born. His father was still at the University of Hawaii, I believe, and graduating in 1962 while his mom was at U of Washington. If this is true, this is strange.

We the People.. listen up.

The entire BARACK OBAMA birth story is just plain weird and highly suspect.

Consider this. Stanley Dunham is about to give birth to little Barack. But where is her husband and the baby’s father, Barack Sr ??? Ummm, he is nowhere to be found. Gee, you think he might want to be with his wife when is baby is born.

Now, if I told my wife I was going to go to be living in Kenya right before our baby was born, she would pop a cork. So maybe that is what Stanley Dunham did. She followed the to-be father to Kenya. Unfortunately, she was near term and she couldn’t get back to the USA so she had no choice but to have the baby right there in the manger (which has now been converted to a shrine to commemorate the event.)

Yessirree. Its pretty obvious what’s going on. Obama is being BLACKMAILED by the Clintons. The Clintons has some really good DIRT on the MESSIAH. I am thinking she has either a copy of his true birth certificate and/or something about his past, something that would be so revolting that his most ardent followers would abandon him. Whatever she has in her lockbox, it must be good. Ever wonder why the Hildabeast smiles every time she whispers into Obama’s ear? Ever wonder why the Obama cabinet looks the 2nd coming of the Clintons? Now we have the answer.

The MSM and the Washington political machine, through a whisper campaign organized by the Clintonites, have been told not to talk about the birth certificate issue. True to their allegiences (and out of sheer fright of the Clinton Machine) the MSM are keeping mum.

“” Whereas previous presidential candidates were born outside of the United States of America and were understood to be eligible.””

“Sounds like an admission to me.”

___________________________
This resolution business used to really bother me because it’s so obvious what he was doing but now I’m glad he was overtly involved in this resolution because.....after the ugly truth about his ineligibility comes out we now have clear, public proof of his “consciousness of guilt.”

There would be no reason for him to want to add that strange wording to the resolution that had nothing whatsoever to do with McCain who was the subject of the resolution.

The legal theory of consciousness of guilt...The general rule on the admissibility of evidence regarding how a defendant acts after an alleged crime was committed is usually that the prosecutor can introduce testimony that tends to show that the defendants actions prove HE KNEW HE WAS GUILTY (at least of something). This is labeled, at least by prosecutors, as “consciousness of guilt”.

...in that it involves the first African American ever to be elected President of the United States.

That is why we need to get over this "first black, first woman" thing. Once the country passes over that newness, we will lose that scary chance for evil people to abuse political correctness. Look at how people are afraid to even QUESTION Obama's murky citizenship documents. If it had been George Bush or even Bill Clinton, the country would have felt these were fair questions.

But just because Obama happens to have kinky hair and darkish skin, his backers can call anyone RACIST if they dare to question anyone.

And America rolls over and takes it, out of guilt.

Obama says in his book that he never found evidence that his parents actually married, but that he didn’t want to try too hard, he really didn’t want to know.

The question you should be asking is, if the COLB issue is totally legit, then why is President Bush, the GOP, and other Republican/Conservatives of influence in Government and media, not pushing the issue?

Of course, President Bush isn't going to do anything on this. He and Obama are part of the Presidents Club now. Look at how well his father and Clinton seem to get along. They are all part of the establishment together.

But the other reason may be that they've thought it through and realized that Obama wasn't born in Kenya. So are you really going to open up a messy can of worms when you realize that the reason for doing so isn't a valid one?

If it turns out that Obama had other, more private, reasons for keeping the original birth certificate under wraps -- say, illegitimate birth -- the public isn't going to reward you for keeping this issue alive.
