Everyone’s bickering now. I’d better assign some math!

The valley has the sun, but I’m still too close to the mountains. It will be over the crest in about 20 minutes.

I decided the girls are well enough to go out. Elen hasn’t been sick at all, and Sally’s been okay since Saturday morning. I’m trying to talk Anoreth into going to the Post Office for stamps. The college is closed, so we can’t get her books or register for Brake Repair, even online!

No sun here. It's very dark outside, but that's the rain moving in, maybe to polish off the rest of the snow.
Better today?

That sucks!
But it reminds me that I have to print up some stamps today. Probably about 20 of them. Some will get flags, some will be plain. I love the fact that I seldom, if ever have to stand in line at the PO!
I took my wobbly tree down, and packed away the ornaments (none higher than 3”) and will get a flat tub to put the tree in. I hate boxes.
Friday, if I feel up to it, I’m going to go to Mesa, to visit my brother and his wife. I have to check and make sure that the raw gas I’m smelling isn’t because of the gas pump, first. I’ll go to Boulder City tomorrow and have my mechanic look at it.
It will be the last trip until a year from now, I’m sure!

So far, so good. I’m working on my trip missive, so with luck you’ll get it today. Or not.
My chest pains have eased up, so that’s a good thing. I’m not going to do anything that takes a lot of energy because I just don’t feel up to more chills and fever!

I hate when I have to do that!
A crew came around this summer and adjusted the heat/AC with some type of regulator and it has been running almost constantly. The longest it’s on is five minutes. The longest it’s off is five minutes. I don’t know how I’m going to pay the stupid bill, for sure.
With help like that, who needs enemies?

This is at 67. In summer, it’s about 80. It doesn’t matter. It’s runs more than it should, and I knew it was going to be that way. The energy company sucks.

Yepper. Sometimes, there are only a few minutes between the time it shuts off and comes back on again. The shorter “on” cycle is supposed to be “energy efficient.” Until the peak hours, when we need it most.

I was going to wash some “dainties” and the Old Gothic couple was in there. I asked, “Will you be using all (4) machines?”
*snap* “There won’t be ANY LEFT!”
Yoiks. I’ll wait 30 minutes.

They keep trying to let me let them regulate my system that way...I keep my thermostat set at 67 in the winter and 79 or 80 in the summer as it is. They can forget about it.
