that the annoyed poster up-thread moved it/got it moved to CHAT.
Kind of tentatively confirms some suspicions some have had about such a mod.

Years ago I had a friend who got a law degree because his father wanted him to get one. After he graduated, he told his father he loved him, handed him the law degree and went on to teach college and farm. Happens.
