(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 08/21/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, [Berg is a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania; former candidate for Governor and U.S. Senate in Democratic Primaries; former Chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery County; former member of Democratic State Committee; an attorney with offices in Montgomery County, PA and an active practice in Philadelphia, PA, filed a lawsuit in Federal Court today, Berg vs. Obama, Civil Action No. 08-cv-4083, seeking a Declaratory Judgment and an Injunction that Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States. Berg filed this suit for the best interests of the Democratic Party and the citizens of the United States.
Please Obama pull a Dan Rather and forge one.
1. Is not a naturalized citizen; and/or
2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or
3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.
Berg stated: “I filed this action at this time to avoid the obvious problems that will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated.
There have been numerous questions raised about Obama’s background with no satisfactory answers. The questions that I have addressed include, but are not limited to:
1. Where was Obama born? Hawaii; an island off of Hawaii; Kenya; Canada; or ?
2. Was he a citizen of Kenya, Indonesia and/or Canada?
3. What was the early childhood of Obama in Hawaii; in Kenya; in Indonesia when he was adopted; and later, back to Hawaii?
4. An explanation as to the various names utilized by Obama that include: Barack Hussein Obama; Barry Soetoro; Barry Obama; Barack Dunham; and Barry Dunham.
5. Illinois Bar Application – Obama fails to acknowledge use of names other than Barack Hussein Obama, a blatant lie.
If Obama can prove U.S. citizenship, we still have the issue of muti-citizenship with responsibilities owed to and allegance to other countries.
Berg continued:

Interesting, Ian Punnett is going to be doing the interview. I think Ian is going to challenge Philip Berg more than George Noory would have.

Critical questions:
Which of the 22 judges in that district will be chosen?

Will the judge agree to a temporary injunction during the DNC?
Because this is a “statement of facts” case, in which the only affirmative defense *can* be to present official documents, which either exist or don’t, will the judge agree to hear the case on an emergency basis?
That is, Berg can submit that there are no grounds for procedural delays, *and* that significant harm may result by not hearing the case before the DNC. In effect that Democrats nationwide could be disenfranchised if Obama is nominated, but cannot hold office.
lawsuit states Wayne Madson went to Kenya and found a certificate registering the birth at maternity hospital to a kenyan father and american mother. I never heard that before.

It was expected! HItlery has timed it just right. No time for the trial to be completed in time for the convention. “IF” he is confirmed, the taint will haunt his candidacy.
HItlery will win either way.
If McCain is elected, she’ll run against him with the Dems’ blessing in 2012.
Past time for us to collect the info about Hitlery and be ready to use it.

Oh, and I’ll also add that the judge should render an immediate verdict, because under any circumstance other than Obama withdrawing from the race, the case will have to be appealed to the SCOTUS.
Easy for Obama to fix. All he needs to do is have the State of Hawaii release a valid birth certificate. Problem solved. So how about let’s do it Monday Barry?
I've got to say I am very skeptical anything is going to come of this. This doesn't look like anything close to a smoking gun.
However, if Hillary! does have anything concrete on Obambi, now is definitely the time to run with it.
