Clearly I can’t tolerate Obama, think he is a menace, a light weight, controlled by others, probably a Marxist, naive and liable to cause great trouble.
But I cannot think that this line is going to get us to the place where he is defeated.
Actually I think Obama is defeating himself with his waffling, changing his mind, making naive statements, alienating the left wing. People are onto him by his very actions. We don’t need to drag up his birth and such if you ask me.
And Clinton didn’t put up a false birth certificate on his official website and claim it was genuine as has Obama.

The Dems, the New York Times, and the Washington Post have already gone after McCain for not being a Natural Born Citizen. Some Dem has filed a lawsuit in New Hampshire against McCain for not being eligible to be president.
I am not surprised.
But it’s not the illegitimacy of his birth that is the key issue, it is the lying and eligibility that are the heart of his candacy. And it’s about questioning the authenticity of his autobiographies. His actions and the facts are beginning to get in the way of his reconstruction of his past. Since his father took many women as wives, by Western standards, his lineage or origins are already compromised. I doubt anyone is shocked and his status is not inconsistent with his constituency.
It just brings up so many more questions?..... Who was his real father? Where was he born? Was he raised in his father’s religion? Did he ever truly convert from Islam, if he was a muslim? If so, why’s he hanging with Wright? Did he legally change his name? If so, how many times? If he’s not a practicing Muslim, then why adopt an Islamic name, assumming he’s had a name change? Why does he hide his grandmother? Why did African newspapers say he was born in Kenya? Why are there no proud Hawaiin witnesses to his birth or early infancy? Why were his passport files cracked? Why was he so eager to sponor/cowrite a Bill regarding McCain’s legitimacy as a natural-born citizen?
There may be good explanations for all of these questions. There is no harm in discovering who BHO really is.

It’s much more than that. Obama not only lied, he went to drastic measures to cover it up by claiming that the fraudulent birth certificate was real.

Of course that is legitimate, those questions. But when, if you look at this thread for instance, one starts into them, it is a delicate subject.
His Father obviously had nadda to do with him, never interacted with him till he was 10. The stepfather is more crucial since he took him to Indonesia and called him a muslim,,was that wishful thinking or a reflection of reality. Who knows?
And his Kenyan relatives were not a part of his life till later from what I can tell,,I have not read his bio. But seems he visited them after he married Michelle or while in college. Of course they can say anything and people do,,how does on separate wishful thinking and elaboration of a fantasy for truth. Are his Kenyan relatives any more likely to be truthful about Obama than he is. They want to claim him, they are muslim and so on.
His grandmother is very old and of course she is shielded as she should be. He may not want her talking and that is a family business.
But do you see how people get all worked up i.e. calling his dead Mother names, talking about him in terms like “bastard”,,it has the potention for a big blow back.
His making his own bio,,elaborating it, making it up, presenting fantasy as truth, is very disturbing and how to address that without being a ditch dweller is beyond me.
I say that we make judgements on his current and adult associates and actions and that should be sufficient. The Rev Wright is fair game as is all of his associations. I am merely suggesting that he had a terrible chaotic early life and in no way is to blame.
I understand where your coming from, but I respectively disagree. His entire life story became fair game at the point he chose to publicize his background for personal game. If he wrote a book of fiction and marketed this as his lifestory, he deserves every inch of digging.
As for his grandmother, she is 10 years younger than McCains. He has not just thrown her under the bus, he has locked her in a closet with a band of tape across her mouth. He brings dishonor to the Dunham name by ditching her, not by his unplanned inter-racial illegitimate birth.
This woman and her departed husband had huge hearts. They accepted a negro child into their “white world” at a time when they were likely subjected to condemnation and ridicule of co-workers, neighbors, family, and friends. They raised him and supported him financially. They placed him in the finest exclusive school on the Island and ‘gave-up” their free time and spending money to raise a kid that wasn’t theirs. They gave him every advantage so that he may be able to get the best possible advantages in life. His attitute is a selfish display of ingratitude and dishonor to refer to his grandmother, who raised him for a decade as a mother as “a typical old white-woman.”
His attempts to glorify and victimize his ‘blackness’ are a complete dichtomy to his actual life in an upper-middle class white family. His white family gave him a ‘silver-spoon’ and he acts like he grew up sucking lead-paint chips off the walls. His brain-washed followers are being led by a charlatan who is clever enough to inflect his voice with a Southern-African dialect inconsistent with his geographical upbringing. His lies are slowly being uncovered and will result in a snowball effect.
You have very good points but one error. Barrack is 47, his grandmother cannot be 10 years younger than McCain. I think I have read she is in her mid 80’s and he has been cavalier about her but I don’t know that her not being available for the press, vultures that they are, is a sign of his taping her mouth. His easy dismissal of her fear of black men who had been scary to her in their behavior by calling it a “typical white” response and by his “cringing” about it speaks volumes. He had disdain for her and her well grounded fears.
He has plenty to nail him on but the speculation that he is not a christian and the focus on his “legitimacy” just doesn’t do anything for us and lowers us in my opionion.

I forgot to comment that I think his use of his aging grannie in his famous “racial speech” to illustrate the “insensitivity” of “typical white people” was beyond the pale. He used her to prove he could say bad things about white people and escape criticism because she was after all, his grandmother.
In the pics of him at college with his old grandparents, he looks embarassed to be with them.
I think his entire bio is a fantasy of a boy who didn’t know who he was and was making it up on the fly. To gain sympathy.

Cajun girl, this is exactly the point. He has painted himself as a victim of white discrimination. Nothing can be further from the truth. If anything, he is the by-product of indiscriminate sex and abandonment by his black father. His white family showered him with love, kindness, affection and support. White society gave him the leg-up through an Ivy League education, at an estimated cost of half a million dollars. Who does he think paid for his education? Endowments and scholarships set up by ‘White Alumni’ paid his way.
In return, he does not ‘owe’ society anything. But he does owe his constituency the truth and not a pack of fabricated lies. If he runs for president, the people deserve to hear the truth. If he thinks he can get by with continuing to make disparaging remarks about whites or hanging-out with ‘race-baiters’, he’s truly an audacious fool leading a nation of pathetic fools.
And, what I meant to say is that McCains mother is in her mid 90s and has campaigned with her son in the primaries. Remember her embarassing comment, “well they’ll have to hold their noses to vote for him?” in reference to Conservatives. Obama’s Grandmother, is obviously an embarassment to him because of her skin color. She is also a risky person because she could at anytime, speak the truth and it could reveal a much different picture of Barry,than he has painted of himself.
The problem is that the lie probably goes back a long way. He has a passport, a driver’s license, and school admissions papers that all have a name and a birth record associated with them. How far back this goes tells just how much lying he is willing to do.
I think it probably goes back pretty far and once it comes out that his life is based on a lie, that will be hard to ignore.
I agree the lies could be decades long. They could be insignificant or a real show stopper.
