Will comment a little later...
Been there, done that in the S.E. Asian conflict...
To those who serve our country and who are helping the good people of Iraq:
Words cannot express my gratitude to you and your loved ones for your hard work and sacrifices. You are in my prayers. May God bless you and yours.

Grandma tells me y'all are pulling some long range patrols outside the wire and far from the Base Camp... OOO RAH!!!
Been there, Done that back in that funky Nam conflict doing Recon LRRP patrols with the Hundred and worst (101st Airborne~Pukin Buzzards!!!).
So I think I know a thing or two about that... At least we had some shade and didn't have to snort sand 24/7!
I've some of my friends whose young Lads are over there fighting with you, I've told them the same thing I want you to know from an old Freedom Fighter from the past...
You may not feel it, but it's there. Every night my Family (and MILLIONS of other families) have a circle Prayer together, and the first thing we ask of our Father in Heaven is to Protect you, keep you safe, and bring you Home! Disregard the ungodly pukes that speak against your Honorable Service and the war... we can work together when you get home to take the trash out!
Know we got your back here stateside! And when you get Home, expect to not pay for some Beer! Be PROUD to wear that uniform when you get here! I pity the poor fool that tries to diss you when my fellow Bikers and I are in your presence!!!
God Bless and keep you safe... BTW: do you grunts feel the same way We did when it comes to R.E.M.F.s ???
LOL!
Happy and safe 4th of July to you and them.
Godspeed.

You are doing the right thing and don’t let anyone tell you different.
I pray to our Lord Jesus for your safety always. May His hand be upon all of you and His Holy Spirit guide you always. He, the Most High is the wind beneath your wings. Never forget that. And have faith always.
