Good morning, Dita.
We don’t eat much gingerbread but I agree. Gingerbread cake is delicious.
Hope you are having a beautiful day.

Good afternoon, Lady J.
I love your Gingerbread Man and your poem is adorable.
Your guy that caught the Gingerbread Man must be a Lady Jag original.
Too funny!
Thank you again for your contributions.
Happy Hot Air Balloon Day!

Good afternoon, Billie.
LOL
I have graphics and poems from the beginning.
I consider them classics ... I hope everyone still enjoys them.
Thank you, Dear Billie, for updating these graphics.
I appreciate you.
Hugs.

You are right .... instead of complaining, I should be thanking God that we are only getting wind and are being spared tornadoes.

While going thru my poem archives, I found your 2004 poem.
Thank you for writing and sharing this poem with Amy's Place.
It is as enjoyable today as it was in 2004.
Hope you are having a Terrific Thursday!!

I don't think peonies grow here, Meg.
Thank you. It is beautiful.
I've planted two but they never get very big and they don't bloom. :(

Thank you, FRiends. Seeing something like that being praised makes an otherwise sad day, thank you!

My pleasure Amy, it’s nice to open the thread early with the Daily Bread, the readings have quite a following.

I will try to post each new monthly thread the last day of the month so the new thread will be there early in the morning.
Every morning, when I come to the thread, I look for your post. Seems it reassures that all is well.

Beautiful Pic, Diver Dave. God Bless you and Mrs. Diver Dave! Thank you for the comment.
Ya know, He does Bless us very often but sadly, we often overlook His hand in the blessings. It's an ongoing battle but easily overcome when we "Stay Prayed Up".

Thanks Amy for the anniversary greetings.
When that pic was taken, we dressed up like bride and groom, put the top down on the convertible and drove across town to our daughter’s house.
Our daughters decorated the car with a sign, streamers, and soda cans tied to the bumper. And they followed us across town honking their horns. Made us feel like newlyweds all over again.

We celebrated our 41st on May 6th. We know a good thing when we've got it, huh? :-) Thanks for the balloon, MB.
We certainly do, Mama Bear. I'm the "lucky one", but Linda says the same thing.
To: JustAmy
That will work beautifully then. It is nice knowing the thread is up and running when I am ready to post and run. I feel lost if I don’t post the Daily Bread everyday. Maybe because I know so many read it.
