Right Place
A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps. Proverbs 16:9
They were in the right place, on the wrong day. Or so it would seem.
The Dayspring Chorale, a traveling high school singing group, arrived at a nursing home for a Thursday concert. However, the folks at the home were expecting them on Friday. But they said if the group could get set up fast, they could sing for 20 minutes. Then they'd have to stop for a memorial service for one of the residents.
The chorale hurriedly got ready and sang, and as they did, the son of the man who had died heard them. When they were done, he asked if they could sing at his dad's service. They gladly agreed and ministered hope and truth to all who attended. God used these young people in a special wayall because of a secretarial error. But was it a mistake?
We carefully make schedules so we can be where we think we should be. But we always need to keep in mind the words of Solomon, "A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps" (Prov. 16:9).
Do we seek ministry in life's unplanned schedule changes? Do we turn detours into guided tours of what He wants to do through us? If we're doing God's will, we'll be in the right place. Then, wherever we are, we can point people to Him.
Sometimes our plan does not unfold
The way we thought it would;
But God is always in control
To use it for our good. Sper

Reflections
God sets a mirror down for us,
To bounce back sunny days,
He does it when the rain has passed,
To help us see the rays.
The reflection that we see in it,
Is not of hair and skin.
What we see is an image of,
The gloried state were in.
Light pink, and brighter orange,
And yellow brighter still.
I sit and look at glorys frame,
Upon my favorite hill.
The others call it rainbow,
But I know what it is,
A magic mirror in the sky,
That lets us know were His.
The body that we occupy down here,
Is nothing like its start,
For one, the most attractive thing,
Has always been the heart.
God looks into our heart and then,
Just for His own amusement.
He gives a glimpse of what He sees,
And laughs at our confusement.
That doesnt look at all like me!
I hear your protests start,
But when you look at other folks,
How can you see their heart?
If you admit theres beauty,
Reflecting from some source,
Just think how glorious it will be,
When Hes revealed full force.
And you and I are with Him,
And joining in the glow.
Next time you see a rainbow,
I thought you ought to know.

Yorkie, I have two friends with web mail and everything I send to them comes back and said their mailbox is full! It may work for you but I love my Microsoft Outlook. My son just changed it to the Microsoft Outlook Express Office and at first it made me nervous but after 24 hours, I loved it!
After one virus, several years ago, I have not a problem. I don’t even get spam! Of course, my son is my computer guru and he keeps me fixed! Sometimes he has a time problem and I try to be patient and it will be an insignificant problem with the computer but to me its a big deal!

It is almost time to get PrissyMissy up and ready for school.
I’m going to try to answer a few ping from yesterday.
My tooth broke at the gum so all that was left was the root. I saved the tooth to take to dentist.
He was able to do a temporary fix; at least I won’t have to stay in hiding. It was a front lower tooth. He bonded it to the two adjacent teeth and warned me not to bite into anything hard. I guess that I will forget peanut brittle for awhile. ;^ )
He could do a root canal in the root and use posts to place a crown. But he suggested a better option would be to do a three tooth bridge. One adjacent tooth is a good solid tooth but the other one is brittle and in danger of breaking.
I decided not to go the cheap way. It will cost at least $3000 but it should be a long term solution. They scheduled my for 3 more appointments.
The cataracts will not need to be removed until my vision becomes more blurred. She said I would know when the time is right.
Thanks for helping keep the lights on.

Amy, My brother just had cataracts removed and he said it wasn’t bad at all. They did one and waited two weeks to do the other. Now he only has to wear glasses for reading only!
I also have two friends who have had it done and they don’t have to wear glasses either...only reading!
So far, I haven’t needed. Its time for an eye appointment though.
I will be taking my sis in law in May to have cataracts removed also....oh well, seems to be going around, doesn’t it?
