Oh, and Kristy, you had a ton of country songs you could have picked and you pick that? WTF?????
Dude, 1984 was probably one of the worst years ever in country music. The #1 song that year was "To All The Girls I've Loved Before". Merle Haggard was on the charts for crying out loud and he was 20 years past his prime!
Kristy picked the PERFECT song for her for this week, and it'll keep her around for at least one more week and if next week is Dolly/country week, as I've heard, she may make it another week or two beyond that.

Bye, bye Monica...sorry you had to go so soon.
To: Clint N. Suhks
And a Good Morning to you too, Sir ;-) LOL
(We shall see what develops this evening ;-)

Listen to Johns without watching. Tell me that was good.

Simon — “your best performance by a mile..that was the most clever song choice I have heard from you,”
To: Clint N. Suhks
Monica’s such a class act - too bad this is such a strong group of celebs.

From Zabasearch...
Ramielle, Carly and Chikezie received the fewest phone and text votes after the March 25 performance show. Both Davids got the most votes.

Marking my place for later. Since I watch Idol so much later than you all do, I read the thread the next day for fun.
Starting to predict exactly what Simon would say before he says it - on viewing this show I actually predicted Simon’s “very clever song choice” for Kristie. It kept her on the show for another week without anything to do with her singing.
Cook is the hottest talent on the show now, IMO. I would have paid to see his last night’s performance. Wonder what you all think - will read more later.

I can't believe Carly got such disdain from the judges, and Hula Girl sang just fine too. Jacuzzi was awful so if he's gone I don't care.
It's all about the singing!

Sunnyone....what are you talking about?

Monicas such a class act - too bad this is such a strong group of celebs. Kristi is so strong I don't see how she can lose. Seems like the judges are trying to keep her down letting Jason Taylor dance the "best dance" last night.
To: Clint N. Suhks
Kristi’s got a fine set of guns there....

I’ll grant you that, I do like him, Jason Castro could take his place in the final 4 and that would be fine with me.

Kristy Lee Cook- 1984s God Bless the USA by Lee Greenwood - Kill me now. No, I mean it. Kill me, please. What a switchfrom Davids innocence, to Kristys calculated drawing of the patriotic card. Ugh. First, I hate this jingoistic piece of crap of a song.I wonder if MJ's from Berkeley?
