Good Night meself...
Good morning, yourself. Howya!
Some things are really punny. And otters are knot.
But you have a certain gift with wirds.
:o]
Good Morning!....
I feel hungover, even though I haven’t had a drink lately.
Norning, sion!
I know that feeling. It happens quite often to me, and I hate it. It takes so darn long to get past it.
It’s good that yer Mum could get away for a day or two. I’m sure it was more beneficial than she realizes.
(I REALLY need to wake up. I’m having SUCH a hard time adjusting to DST.)
I may have to have some coffee this morning. With chocolate-raspberry CoffeeMate...
When I do, I’ll raise my cup to you!
I raise my cup to you until it’s empty...
LOL!
Then you can refill it!
I’m about half way there...I have a 12 oz. covered coffee cup, and right now I’m about 8 oz.s through it. I’ll refill just prior to departure for the girlie school drop off.
Excellent coffee.
I had one of those cups when I was working, and I really liked it. I haven’t seen one in a long time. At least, not one I would consider buying.
For maybe the last 20 years, I’ve only had one cup in the mornings. When I was younger, I used to drink coffee all day. Now, I don’t. Lots of reasons for it. Not the least of which is the fact that some days, getting out of bed and taking care of the critters is all I can manage.
But it’s OK. I’m learning how to adjust to it all. I still hate it, but I’m learning to accept it. Except on the days when I get really angry....
I have a cup I bought from 7-11. It’s aluminum with a rotating closing no-spill top. It’s actually quite nice. Probably have passed hundreds of gallons of coffee through it over the years.
Gotta Git...See Ya!
I have a stainless cup I got at Starbucks several years ago, but I seldom use it. The top comes off too easily.
The cup I liked was plastic, and I got it at 7-11, too. In fact, I ended up buying three of them, as I had them so long the tops broke, or the handles.
Ta! Be safe!
We’re not starting off too successfully, either. The DST is a real drag. Kids don’t want to go to bed, either. We were trying to have Spanish music practice last night with all the byos still flisking around.
Mom plans to go to Vegas with a couple of her friends next month, now that she knows Dad is comfortable with the neighbor staying over. I’m very happy for her.
Now I need to go chop an onion so Tom can make chicken Ramen casserole for lunch. He’d lose fingers :-).
I dunno...the last couple of years, I can’t seem to get my body to adjust to DST until it’s time to change again. That sucks.
It’s good your mother is able to get away for a few days. Igor used to day, “A change is as good as a rest.” I suppose for your mother, that’s quite true.
LOL!
Poor Tom. Been there, done that! Some days, I’m really clumsy and my balance is non-existent! Tom may get over it when his body catches up with itself. :o]
