I totally agree that Britney will soon be dead.
Top 3 possibilities (in order of liklelihood): suicide, accidental OD, car accident.

I say keep her there. I’m tired of hearing about the little tramp.

Although I’m sick of hearing about her, I feel bad for her. She obviously has mental problems. I hope she can get some help and save us all from the slow-motion train wreck!

I don't think there's a solution to what seems to be the underlying problem: she doesn't have the pipes to sustain a long singing career. Aguilera and others have pipes. Aguilera seems to have gotten past her skank period and has branched out into a wider range of music.
If I were advising Brit, after the detox, I'd say work-out, live clean, sing as you like, but get into another line, maybe producing.

Tabloid TV show just said that when she checked in today, she said she was taking Adderall and 10 laxatives per day.

Unfortunately, she is the walking dead now, nothing can save her except the word of God, somebody needs to deal it out to her to save her while there’s still time. She wants to be loved, let her be loved by the One who always Loves, our Creator.

They showed a close-up of a small book of Kabbalah in her hand when they let her out for a cigarette break today. It’s kind of a *start*!

She’s followed Kabbalah for years. In fact, it started shortly before she really started to go downhill. Interestingly, old school Kabbalah scholars have said that the problem with the growing interest is that if you are unworthy or unprepared for the study, it will drive you insane.

Madonna seemed to have been the ringleader in that crowd.
I’ve heard the same thing about Native American vision quests, too. Once a tiny sliver of enlightenment breaks thru the clouds, it’s all the person wants from then on, but can never achieve again. Some blame Indians’ alcoholism on it - continually seeking that peace.
In AA, it is said that if you’ve ever attended one meeting, your drinking is ruined forever.
