Now aint’ the time to not hope for the best in one’s team

Hey, I always hope for the best from my Pads, Aztecs, and Bolts!

However, when you've been an SD sports fan as long as I have been, you have a lot of experience in hoping for the best.

And disappointment.

I do not think that the gane will be a 38-14 (and it was'nt that close) disgrace like the Pats put on the Bolts in Week 2, and yes, every time a game is played the 'dog has a chance to pull it off. But the patsies are now into the territory of "Greatest Team of All-Time" discussions. No doubt, the Chargers are good team this year, but they ain't in that neighborhood.

What I am really hoping for is for them to keep it close and maybe catch one break late in the 4th quarter...

If the Pats do win the Super Bowl and go 19-0 there should indeed be an asterisk... next to the Dolphins measly 17-0 season.
