Oh. Sorry. My son was born in the Naval Hospital at the Naval Training Center in Great Lakes, IL.
A corpsman is like a nurse or nurse’s aide. They are commonly known as “Medics” on the battlefield.

Pretty much.
The whole river has frozen over already, and that IS early.
One night is just below freezing, and the next night is halfway to -40.
Is it still cold there?
I heard Dallas was 82 one day and 35 the next.

I should have ‘gotten’ it, but it sounded like you gave birth surrounded by Marines.
I just couldn’t picture it.

We have 47, now, but rain, cold wind and general all-around ugliness.
I would have preferred to stay home today... :o[

We did. We moved back...
Made it to a whopping 7 degrees. Settled on one house though. We'll see what our Realtor can come up with for financing options now...

...it sounded like you gave birth surrounded by Marines...LOL! Any other time, that wouldn't have been bad!
"Corpsmen" are medically trained, and are in all branches of the service.

I’m not doing Christmas this year.
I’ve never felt more liberated.

Wait a second.
CORPSman?
As in Dead Corpse?
This assists the patients attitude in what way?
What do they call the females?
Corps-ettes?

Actually, it’s a French word, meaning “body.” So it’s actually pronounced “core-man.”

What do they call the females?
Corps-ettes?Er...in the military, "there are no women, only soldiers, sailors or marines." So the medical personnel are still "corpsmen."

Yep. Of course, 500 acres would be perfect, but we’ll settle for the 1.5 we’re getting. It’ll be nice once we fix it up a bit. We’re getting a hell of a deal...

I’ll bet you one coffee crisp, that the word “men” is out of the name “Corpsmen” within the next 2 years.
What say you?

This is a good time to buy. Lenders are scared, and the market belongs to the buyers.
I’m glad you found what you wanted. Is this the one you talked about as being what you wanted because of the ability to put your forge in?
