I don’t know how those tapes can be construed as asking for perjured testimony. Rita is simply offering to pay for the truth.

Don’t forget - although he’s not a doctor he does advocate really good drugs - when torture and coercion fail!
If he really believed Rita has committed a criminal act - it should be reported to Law Enforcement.

That charge is in itself libel - and he has put it out in the public domain. Rita is a public figure whose professional reputation CAN be ruined. Unlike the other one.
Also remember - Rita gave no-one drugs and no-one has died as a result of reading her book.
