Hopefully most of them will be the bad guys.
All I get is local channels and they only talked about police shootings and high property taxes.
“Minister, I know you don’t like Dumbledore, but you’ve got to admit he’s got style.” Kingsley Shacklebolt.
Thanks for the heads up on the review!
Go figure, the old grey hag has to spoil it for everyone.
Mugglenet had on interview JKR did on a British talk show and she said, “It’s a bloodbath! {pause} Well, not a ‘bloodbath’, but a lot of people die.”
I wonder if Malfoys dad is going to die. In the last book didn't he get locked away in prison???
"And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure."
I keep seeing the WOT in this series. I don't know if she intended it, but it sure seems like it to me.
I do, too. But she’s allegedly a lib.
IMO, it’s because we know that the people who attacked us on 9/11 and still want to blast us -and the rest of the western world- back to the stone age are evil. The left (for whatever reason) just doesn’t see it that way.
It’s like we’re all the DA and their all the inquisitorial brigade. ;-)
Actually it was at the end of Book 5. In the opening of Book 6, Harry really slams Draco’s mother about her “Loser of a husband locked up in Azkaban.” Just a little bit of wizarding schadenfreude.
Exactly what I have been thinking, and it brings up an interesting question: If Lily Potter's sacrificing her life to save Harry gave him protection, would the same be true if Snape did likewise? I don't think Dumbledore's death did any good for Harry, but maybe for Draco...

CRAP
Well, folks, from this comment I am posting until I am done reading the book, I am keeping strictly to real estate websites, Tigers baseball telecasts, and VeggieTales cds in the car. I look forward to talking to you all at the end of the last chapter.
Have a good one, folks! Don't go doing anything which requires bail money!
Yeah, but if we are in the joint until Friday midnight we'd have a pretty good chance of avoiding any spoilers.
see new tagline ;-)
JKR has systematically killed off every parental figure in Harrt's life. Based on that I'd go with Hagrid and McGonagle.
I don't think Voldmort will be killed. Vanquished certainly, but not quite killed.
UPDATE: In response, JK Rowling has spoken out about this New York Times review: "I am staggered that American newspapers have decided to publish purported spoilers in the form of reviews in complete disregard of the wishes of literally millions of readers, particularly children, who wanted to reach Harrys final destination by themselves, in their own time. I am incredibly grateful to all those newspapers, booksellers and others who have chosen not to attempt to spoil Harrys last adventure for fans."
Here's hoping Jo sues the NYT out of existence.
AMEN! (Actually she could just buy it out and turn it into a real newspaper!)
LMAO! Great idea!
