Weekend TV/radio race coverage and calendar for all series, all events
I live less than a mile from the track & can not wait for the weekend to be over. I’ll be glad when all of the drunken idiots leave town!
This is the modern version of the Roman Circus. All they need is someone to drive by throwing bread & coins to the crowd!
Half mile... I can imagine that would be a circus. Probably worse if you’re not a motorhead. The traffic has to be awful.
Thanks Glock!
Thanks for the In Remembrance of Tonk (Brian), one of the good guys.

Please to not give the Busch boys (Kurt and Kyle) any ideas on how to win folks over.
Hang in there this week-end. ;-)
Thank you for your service.
Oh it is, all the highways in the area are one way to the track before the race & one way from the track after the race. Most are drunk before noon, with fights, and a lot worse going on. We do not even go all weekend long, and feel like prisoners in our own home during these weekends! We can not even let our kids play outside, on race weekends in fear of what goes on out there.
The amount of beer & hard liqure that is sold on this weekend goes up at least ten fold or more, just instant wacko just add booze.
Thanks for hosting this weeks thread!
Prolly gonna be with folks at race time. But hey, my drivers don’t need me to watch in order for them ta crash and burn.
Hang in there. I just caught your tagline... Thanks for your service Marine.
Keep those kids safe from the crazies, and have a happy Father’s Day in spite of it all.
Due to the weather situation last weekend, we never got around to (a.) thawing the Cornish hens, (b.) photographing the Cornish hens, and (c.) rotisserier ... rotisserierin ... rotisseiering
we had bratwurst. I’m gonna burn some little birds this weekend and take pictures. You can look when you get back from the folks’ :o)
“New car” race or “old car” race this week?
I was gonna suggest the beer can method, but don’t think they make ‘em thin enough for Cornish hens.
I had lots of offline conversations with him. He was an amazing man. His enthusiasm and motivation were contageous. Heaven is now richer.
