Personally, I think that they should lock her up and lose the key.

Just when you think you’ve heard it all, her petition actually claims that, “She provides hope for young people all over the US and the world.”
If I were a conspiracy theorist, I would swear that whoever wrote that is secretly working for the prosecutor.

I think the judge should tack on more time for contempt of court.

I call on Congress to step in to save this young woman. Certainly they can find a way to involve themselves and have it held up by the courts through the commerce clause.

"My friend Joshua started this petition. Please help and sign it. I love you all!"
Her actual post mis-spelled the word "sign", according to other articles. Maybe she can use the 45 days to brush up on basic writing skills.

Petition or not, I bet she never spends even an hour in the graybar hotel.

Almost as astonishing as the petitioners I saw in front of Wal-Mart today demanding that the government force oil companies to lower the price of gas.

My standard is what would happen to ME. If I was caught driving on a suspended license they would have carted me to jail. I’d get bail and I would have to do the time so why is she special? She should get the justice everyone else gets.

Paris Hilton adds zero to the culture of America. She lives off her parents teet and is famous for being famous. Now she think’s she is too good to go to jail. Baloney. She will make a fortune on the movie rights to this little adventure.

A good friend of ours daughter has had THREE DUI violations in the last few years and has NEVER gone to jail. In the last DUI she had a single car wreck and nearly killed herself. At the time of the the accident her license had been suspended. Compared to this gal, Paris’s violations were minor. Every DUI took place in CA.

I would pay for a picture of her after 30 days in jail! What arrogance!
