yes - the only goal is a dead baby.
If the goal was to save the life of the mother, what is wrong with ending the pregnancy by delivering the baby through inducement or c-section.
PBA certainly isn’t easy on the body. You still have to be induced with pitocin (evil stuff), you still have to have the baby manipulated to a breach position.
Actually...a natural head first birth would be much less traumatic on a sick mother.
This person is just an idiot... she doesn’t know the law, and doesn’t care.
Row only guaranteed an abortion in the 1st trimester, and that the state had a growing concern after that.
Its a horrible ruling, but that’s what it said. Row never granted abortion up to birth on demand for any reason.
This ruling did not strike down Row, not remotely.... It didn’t threaten womens health as partial birth abortion is about harvesting ORGANS, not saving women. Any woman who needs to be seperated from her child for medical reasons would never have a FORCED BREACH BIRTH to do so to save her life.. the trauma of such an event is far riskier to her heath than an emergency cesarian, which is what a doctor would do if they needed to save the womans life, NOT FORCE HER TO GO THROUGH AN INDUCED BREACH BIRTH!!! That places the mother in FAR FAR MORE PERIL!
The fact his, partial birth abortion is NEVER, EVER EVER medically indicated.... and those that try to say banning it puts women at risk are fools and/or liars.
