If there is, or are, anything hidden. I would hope HKS set up at least one corporate entity for ANS to protect some assets from liabilities, as is often done by those who have more money than the rest of us. If I had a lawyer and financial advisor and wanted to protect some of my wealth for the future and heirs, that’s what I’d do. ANS did have a financial advisor, separate from Howard. Wish I had a link, but I think I read that he was on one of the TV talk shows (not ET or a tabloid show as I recall), and I either read it here (I think) or on CTV if not here. LOL! Well, all I can say is, it’s about time.
Never thought I’d see the day, as it was made clear to me that she and her friends were the ‘preferred customers’ here at FR, getting away with more than a few names, insults, rude and meanspirited posts directed at me as well. Personally, it won’t be missed.
If she were there in some capacity, to be a ck on Stern with estate matters, and to make sure LB is not in danger, it would be comforting knowing their was someone looking over Stern’s shoulder, and for him to know it, and have to comply.
And it would be nice to have a lawyer in the mix as ruthless as Stern. I remember what he did to the Marshall son, under oath, he and ANNA accused him of letting his father die, poisoning his mistress, numerous financial crimes,ect, the judge had to admonisher her, but it was all over the press the next day. Stern knows how to destroy people. Marhsall eventually won a slander suit, IIRC.
I would hope she continues to fight, but, one can only take so much abuse by the press, and she is old, and has been sick, so who knows what she can do, and if she will do it.
She is the last one of Stern’s victims left somewhat standing, she is alive, and one of a few not beguiled by him, and his promises.
What the heck is going on here?? Howlin has been banned! I feel sick..what is happening to my beloved FR?
If everyone will think back, Howlin contributed to this thread and was liked by all. In fact, when she went on vacation, she came back and offered interesting info in case anyone wanted to take the same trip. I've been avoiding those political fight threads, but I'm sorry to see her and the other FR old-timers also banned...

Not exactly - I avoided her for the most part because of prior experiences with her - often when she disagreed with me she became personally insulting.
These particular ANS threads did not provide her with an opportunity to flame us because we were all ‘generally’ very collegial and our topic did not include political talk.

I dont see HKS mentioned here. Will he continue to follow Larry and Dannielynn like a puppy?!?!? Even if they leave on the same plane IMO Larry needs to kick him to the curb ASAP. Bad things happen around that man!!
I’m sorry. I’d be disappointed to see my friends banned too. I suppose that it’s only bound to get worse as we move closer to ‘08. I’m not going to post anymore about it on this thread...would like to see it remain in tact, if at all possible ;)
Maybe HKS is like a leach and LB is too naieve to know HOW to get rid of him? When LB became overwhelmed with Anna, he walked away. Maybe there is NO walking away from HKS, at least not easily.

I fear that this mass banning of people on FR is going to be worse than the “Flame Wars” of years gone by. That was nasty.... IMO there’s no need to curse people and use foul language just because you disagree with them... I avoid the fight threads; plus I’m tired of politics at the moment...I like this thread....:)

So, any rational person would hold HKS, at least in part, responsible...unless HKS has convinced LB that he truly loved Anna and was only doing what ‘Anna wanted’.
